REFLECTOR: air supply for engine

I did make a diverting duct as well, on the side to minize water inflow as
much as possible, but bottom or armpit scoop would probably be better for
ram air ([LINK: http://www.berkut13.com/berkut61.htm] James Redmond reports
good progress with a belly cowl scoop on Berkut Race 13).
