Any A&P can sign off a condition inspection on an experimental aircraft...

If the builder getws a Repairman's Certificate for that plane, he (or she) can perform maintenance and sign it off. Otherwise it is like any other GA Aircraft and takes a qualified maintenance person to do it and sign off on it.

Anyone know if there's a reg that specifically states who can perform
maintenance on an experimental? Also do log book entries require a signature
like routine maintenance for certified aircraft?
