REFLECTOR: Franklin Fuel Pump

Electronic fuel injection.

If one wanted to use this on a carb, then a low pressure regulator is 
needed.  I'm not sure if a stock regulator goes that low.  It shouldn't 
be too difficult to build one out of fittings, a spring and ball bearing.
