Good info. My elevator trim is too touchy, also, and this has got to help. 
I'm going to try to find a DPDT momentary toggle switch that will allow me 
to short the motor terminals when the switch is in the middle position..

I had this on my plane before switching to the Strong Trim System(built
in brake) and it helped a lot.
