REFLECTOR: Making Velocities easier to builld

I know that there are more than a couple of RV builders that do that- I
think that they just sell "partially completed kits" as it were- not sure
how they get around the legalities, but it is done every day- you can go
onto barnstormers and buy 90% complete kits for just about every
manufacturer- most of them are just folks that gave up on building their
kits, but not all of them.. I think the key is that the assist builder is
also the original purchaser- not a hired gun that does the work for the
original purchaser

Would appreciate any comments on the legality of building kits, wings, ect
for profit. I have heard of several people assembling kits for others and
charging for their work.
