I am sure that all business have mistakes from time to time and that
Velocity is no different. However I can tell you that through the 17 years
that I have delt with them they have bent over backwards to do the right
thing for me. While on a very few occations the person that I wanted to talk
to was out of the office or busy they have never failed to get back with me
in a timely manor. 
Just recently I got the wrong bearings, which was probably my fault to begin
with. I called and talked to Ken and the problem was fixed that day.  
Scott Baker is the type of guy that if he is wrong he will quickly admit it
and do his best to correct it. I think if you give Scott the chance to make
it right you won't be dissapointed.
