As per my comments last night, here is the hot link to check out.  I think
this English company's invention will change the very nature of how we now
transmit power through gears. Ratios from 1.01:1 to 1000:1 in a single stage
with over 99% efficiency, no lubrication, noise, vibration and smaller in
size.
