REFLECTOR: Pitch trim and pitch stability.

Scott,

Your description of pitch stability and trim stability are correct and the 
same thing.  The problem is semantics.  I probably should have called it 
pitch trim and pitch trim stability.   The damped oscillation you described 
is called a phugoid.  The trim is adjustable but the stability is inherent.
