REFLECTOR: Not enough Trim authority

It was close to that with just me in it.  I haven't verified all my
speeds, since the new engine and refinishing(took it down
fiberglass/micro) the plane.  Been waiting  to get the engine cooling
issues done and  the new prop.

Next flight i will verify canard stall speed.  I'm flying in the test cg
box, but it should be close to what it would be at aft cg.
