REFLECTOR: Pictures

What Bob said.....ImageResizerPowertoy is a winner; free and works every time (MS site).  Instead of having to open the file, just right click on a jpg file or a batch of them and the menu pops up and you can select 'resize'.  The resized file is saved along with the original.  Very fast.

Check the power tools for xp on the microsoft web site.  there is a power tool that lets you resize the jpg
