REFLECTOR: Carb Heat Flap

John,
My carb. heat flap/intake scoop was built as per the factory plans, no
problems
seen so far (10yrs). Do you have a screen or filter in front of the flap. if
not, I'd
suggest installing one to smoothing out the pulses going across the flap.
Also, I would check to make sure when the flap is in the off position the
plate is
perfectly flat. ==> ----0----- to the incoming air.
