REFLECTOR: elevator trim controller

I have been having trim problems at cruise speed. I lightly touch the trim button and I always go too far. Today I installed a electric trim controller made by Jack Wilhelmson. It works great. It had a delay when you first touch it for slow travel but if you hold down for about three seconds it jumps to full speed. For the first time I am able to trim once in cruise and stay there.
