REFLECTOR: fuel CG

To all 173RG builders:
Please advise fuel "arm" dimensions for any fill levels you may have 
computed.
I suspect mine are too far aft.
These arms are calculated after empty CG is solved, then 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, and 
full tanks weighed and their arms calculated.
