Sounds like a great idea. Not to be a smart a$$, but hire a kid that loves airplanes! ?More likely will cost less and have profound long term benefits. 

Either way, good luck in your search. Took me over a year to find a decent sweeper for my airport. In the end, a good E-bay buy beats most other things.

I would like your input on a purchase of an aircraft tug. Our Olean Airport Support Group has decided to purchase, for the airport, a small aircraft tug. The aircraft we need to move are small single engine Pipers, Cessna, RV, etc. We are looking for a hand operated tug which will work on the above aircraft with wheel pants. Can you give me any recommendations?
