Thanks.  Actually there are 6 x 1 ft leads connecting to the single ground and they are larger also.

No problem - ground is ground.  I guess your saying the single grnd is
larger, probably just because It doesn't take up too much space, and may as
well reduce any loss in the grnd lead.

I'm installing a digital CHT, single readout gauge using a Westach switch to
switch amoung the 6 cylinders.  The wiring that comes with the switch
connects all the grounds into a single lead.  I assume that is not a
problem?  Also, the ground wires are larger and I'm wondering why?
