REFLECTOR: Need Troubleshooting ideas

No ideas on the oil leak, but I would get your CHTs higher.  ECI told me 
that they like to see about 400 F in cruise for the parallel valve IOX-360 
(the redline is 500 F.) I think the heat keeps crap from building up inside 
the engine. My hangar neighbor had a sticking valve that the mechanic said 
was caused by a cool cyclinder. That cylinder was running in the low 300's. 
130 C = 266 F.
