REFLECTOR: Door latch install

As promised, here is my detailed installation of the Hendricks Manufacturing
Experimental Aircraft Door Latch. With diagrams and pictures. You'll have to
forgive the diagrams as my Solidworks license ran out so I have to slum it
and try to figure out Google Sketch.
