REFLECTOR: Fuel shut-off valve location

Hey Dave,

I used the cable with the push button lock. It cannot be moved (in or out)
unless you are pushing on the button. The button requires more than a
casual amount of force. It cannot be moved accidentally.

I had originally put mine in the keel. I made a nice recess for it. Looked
great. Once I had my seat installed I found there was no way I could
practically operate the cable. My thought is that if (IF) I ever have to
use it for score, I want it to be right there and easy to do.

I had to order a special cable. Aircraft Spruce only stocks it in a 10'
length. I have an XL. I ran it down the pilot side duct. It took 13'.

I have pictures of my installation on my Construction Log. The push-pull
knob is shown on picture 1472. The valve is shown in picture 574. The
cable now comes from the pilot duct instead of through the keel and under
the sump.

Andy
