REFLECTOR: Fuel shut-off valve location

Thanks for all the comments.  Seems that it is best to keep the fuel path as
short as possible so mine will go on the sump with a push/pull cable coming
up the keel to a position that is difficult enough to reach that it wont get
pulled accidently, yet is reachable.  Seems the only situations for using it
are in maintenance, crash landings and a fire aft.
