REFLECTOR: AN111 rudder cable bushing

Brian, 

I drilled out my rudder horn to accept a oilite bushing that I pressed in. Then I used an an3 ( I think, I could go look). 
with a locknut. The AN111 pivots on the bolt, and the bolt can also pivot in the bushing. Seemed secureand moved freely.

I take it from your suggestion that the cable does not slide on the bushing?
Fastening the bushing tightly to the rudder horn so that it does not 
rotate is an incorrect attachment?
