I would suggest blending in a little bit at a time to avoid the problems
listed- I am running a bosch o2 sensor for my Subaru installation- been told
by Tracy Crook that it should last for about 250 hours with no problem on
straight AV gas.

Your engine will run on it, and get a little better mileage due to the
anti-knock system advancing the timing. Then your catalytic converter
will not work anymore.
It might foul the spark plugs, but I think that's a remote possibility.
Don't do it. 100LL has more TEL (lead) in it than the leaded auto
gasoline from 25 years ago.
If you want to increase your octane, buy toluene at the hardware store.
