REFLECTOR: 100LL in my car?

Your engine will run on it, and get a little better mileage due to the 
anti-knock system advancing the timing.  Then your catalytic converter 
will not work anymore.

It might foul the spark plugs, but I think that's a remote possibility.

Don't do it.  100LL has more TEL (lead) in it than the leaded auto 
gasoline from 25 years ago.
If you want to increase your octane, buy toluene at the hardware store.
