REFLECTOR: shimmy

As the originator of the "lock" has said, the "lock" was designed to
cure the problem of the FG nose wheel clocking left or right in flight
and thus interfering with normal flight.

The use as a cure to the shimmy problem was unintended and not put forth
as such.
