REFLECTOR: shimmy

Al is correct - need to absorb energy and the flexibility in the system
exacerbates the problem. I have an analytical model of the Velocity front
wheel shimmy partially working that will answer many questions (and raise
others).  The more I push into this the more convinced I am that the wheel
lock is a fix to a symptom that can be eliminated and that good alignment
and damping can resolve the problem without the lock. I am always
optimistic.
