REFLECTOR: Attachments

Scott's have an attached signature; and any others sent in html or rich text
format, rather than plain text, get a very small attachment with address
info - I think added by the server.  It's only about 300 bytes, so doesn't
really matter.

Does any one know why certain emails come as an attachments and other are do
not. Example Scott Derrick's are always an attachment.

 

I use out look Express

Also any idea why some emails show up as if they have any attachment  (Small
paper clip) but do not 

have attachment with them.
