Gordon, I am unable to give you any dimensions as I never measured the 
parts.  When I repaired it I just looked thru the assortment of o-rings and 
snap-rings at Auto Zone and found some that fit.
Look for an older Cessna 150 (and maybe other models (?)) to see one 
installed.
