REFLECTOR: Technical Support Hours

I had a similar situation six months ago. I needed a replacement instrument panel, due to theft, and after several unsuccessful attempts to get a quote, I finely phoned the factory. Duane Swing answered the phone. He told me that they could supply a replacement panel. After a few more telephone calls to get a price (again, unsuccessfully), I just gave up.
I had a similar problem trying to get parts from the factory during the winter of 04/05. At that time I was not impressed with the service, either. It took several months and much hounding (by me) to finally get all the parts I needed.
Plane is great, but I am not very impressed with the service I received from the factory. Now I get everything I need fabricated locally.
