REFLECTOR: Dimple Tape

anybody else read the article in Sport Aviation about dimple tape?  The
claims for reduced prop noise and increased efficiency are  astounding! 
Almost  to good to be true.

I checked the web site  and it was pretty much a carbon copy of what was
printed in the EAA rag. 


I was a bit surprised at the cost of $5 a ft.,  looks like  about $50 
to  try it on a 3 bladed prop.

Anybody tried this yet?
