REFLECTOR: Running without prop

all big bore continentals have balancers.  so do lyc 4 bangers..  The
reduce torsional stress's on the crank shaft, but apparently not enough 
for the IVO.  The rubber or brass bushings don't do the work. the moving
big steel balancers do that.
