REFLECTOR: Ivo and Vesta

Kurt,

Yeah I figured the V configuration, balancing, dampers all help.  My
Continental has 4 harmonic balancers  but  I think they are  to reduce 
stress on the crank shaft, not dampen pulses out to the prop, but maybe
thats all the same thing.  

I do agree there are antiquated aspects about the Lycosaurs, but they do
put out 75% power all day long at an amazingly low weight to power
ratio..  

I bought 3 of those cardboard tubes they sell at HD, to make cement 
piers.  They are  very tough and light.  I'm going to fabricate a box
today.. thanks for looking,
