REFLECTOR: Simple Sump tank question

Jack,

What the manual is telling you to do, is to paint the outside with your 
structural epoxy that came with your kit, with several coats until very 
shiny. I didn't have any Jeffco when I built my sump tank, so I just 
followed the manual. I did use Jeffco in my strakes. I don't ever intend to 
use auto fuel, so I'm not worried about ethanol working on the epoxy in my 
sump tank.
