Bill and Joe are correct, I am having health issues associated with
Chronic Lyphocytic Leukemia. As my doctor told me 11 ears ago, CLL wont
kill you but having a weakened immune system can.  Well I am in ICU trying
to get over yet another lung infection.  And my lungs are pretty much
shot. (smokers out there - quit NOW!!!}

Since I retired 11 years ago, I have very much enjoyed my 2nd career -
EAA'er, AOPA'er, aviator, cross country flier (CA, CO, Dallas, New
Orleans, Philly, Key West, Oshkosh, Sun n Fun), getting my IFR, building a
Velocity, and 360 hours of flying my Velocity. (1300 hours PIC).

And those of you that know Mott, my wonderful Bride of 46 years know that
I am in great hands. And I have a wonderful family and a great bunch of
friends in all of you!

I am still hanging in there - trying to put off that last flight out, but
it has been a fantastic journey!!!!
