REFLECTOR: Vacuum Pump

There was a product that used manifold vacuum.  Pretty expensive for 
what it was.  Problem is that it didn't work well at higher manifold 
pressures.
If you have a high performance overlapped cam, then you may not even 
make enough vacuum at idle.
