REFLECTOR: MT Prop failure mode?

I would lean towards the governor and its plumbing being the culprit.

Barring that.. a leaky seal in the hub on the pitch change mechanism 
(essentially a piston ring).

This is conjecture. I am not an A&P and only know what I've read about 
or flown behind. I've not torn one down.

All fluid levels are ok?
