REFLECTOR: CG box?

I thought I had a soft copy of Ronnie's manual but can't find it now. Could
someone post it or their version on tvbf or on Brett's site  - or both.

I have a pretty good manual in Word as well.
Would you happen to have an electronic copy?

Actually, mine is meant to be a laminated double sided sheet for 
emergency operations.
