REFLECTOR: Weight and Balance Levelling

For right-left leveling, before I removed the little plastic right-left
bubble level on the firewall, I checked and found that each strake above the
spar was equally not level. So now to level the airplane right-left, I lay a
level on each strake above the spar and shim the airplane until each level
is equally not level, i.e., I split the difference.
