Yea- I built the main tanks completely with Jeffco just for that reason, but
I had built the sump before I got the jeffco, and set the hard-points with
Alphapoxy since that is what is recommended for best adhesion to the
aluminum- just doesn't work for in fuel hard points-

From: reflector-bounces at tvbf BTW I was
using MO-Gas, but even with the ethanol, not sure why that epoxy softened
like that- good thing I used 100% jeffco on the main tanks to make
everything, but I will keep an eye on that after fueling them.
The Alphapoxy is definitely NOT compatible with mogas - and I suspect may be
affected by avgas as well. The plys over the hardpoints set in with
alphapoxy in the sump must be done with ez-poxy or jeffco.
