REFLECTOR: Nose Wheel Steering

If you have the thick washers, I think you will only have three.

With the thin ones, I think there were 6.

I run my torque between 15 - 20 lbs.  Too tight and steering will be hard. 
And less than 15, then you may get a shimmy.
