REFLECTOR: what next?

I'm wondering what it the next "big thing" to worry about in my project, and
I'd like to kindly ask the advice of those who went through this in how to
further proceed. What I've done so far, in the sense that all the corners
in the manual are cut, is (this is a Standard Elite, Figed Gear, fastbuilt):

- fuselage with all windows done
- wings done (part of the fast built)
- canard done with elevators balanced and canard tips installed
- fuel strakes done, including fuel sanders and the Atkinson sight gauge
- landing gear almost done (nose done and the main wheels installed part of
the fast built, but no brakes yet; masters cylinders are installed though)

In your experience, how much of my airplane is done, as a percentage? I know
this is tricky and subjective, but still I'd like to know your opinion.

What is next? I'm assuming that the time has come to worry about the
engine. I have NO experience AT ALL with engines and propellers, so I'd
like to pick the simplest and safest way to go, even if I don't get the
maximum in terms of power/speed. John kindy made me some interesting
suggestions that I'll definitely consider seriously, but I;d like to hear
other opinions, too. Also, I'm assuming that I need to also soon worry
about the avionics ...

Thank you,
Grigore
