REFLECTOR: Brake Lines

Hmm, Might the problem there Dave. My kit came with brass inserts & the ferrules. Sure makes the brake holes tiny, but adds more substance for the collar to grab.

Mine must have been the "H" stuff too.  I measured it with calipers and the wall 
thickness was roughly .045.

However, my fittings only had the brass ferrules on the outside; no insert on 
the inside.

I just measured the stuff I have. The factory "H" is .043 thick (ID is .096). 
The factory brass inserts fit this stuff perfectly.  
  
The "T" stuff is .025 thick (ID is .138).  The inserts don't fit this.  
  
My guess is that if you buy the "T" type and the fittings from spruce, that you 
will have a match, but much thinner material.
