Matt,

Don't cut the glass. I can't remember exactly what I did, (been two years) but I know I had the same questions
and didn't cut the glass.

Let me go back and review the docs and my pics and I'll get back to you ( unless someone beats me to it)

Subject: REFLECTOR: Lay up c question

I have all of my glass cut for lay up c of the wing/winglet joint. I have my wing bottom up, winglet outside surface facing me. I have the foam installed and formed. My question is.... what to do with all of the glass which extends past the forward edge of the rudder crank box. Measured from the area of the LE, the forward edge of the box is about 16 inches aft. The glass is 20 inches wide.
    Do I:
    1. Cut the class and lay it up inside the box walls?
    2. Cut the glass around the box area?
    3. Something else?
    Matt
