REFLECTOR: OSH approach

Page 6 of the NOTAM simply states that you plan your arrival at Ripon to 
be at altitude, 1800' and 90knots (or max speed if below 90 knots). If 
unable, maintain 2300'msl and 135 knots. I've flown into OSH several 
times but never in a Velo. I've been below 80 knots because of various 
slow speed aircraft on the lower altitude. I plan on the higher high 
speed approach this year with the Velo.. Tom
