REFLECTOR: Turning vanes

They are not wide enough.  The vanes I put in were about 6 inches wide
at the widest edge.  The duct turns in two directions, down and to the
right looking aft. so the inboard edge of the vanes are longer than the
outboard edge.  Almost two to one.

Its not that much aluminum.  less than a square foot for 3 vanes, I used
something around 18 gauge. pretty thin and light. You could probably
make some flat layups of bid and use that. even lighter than aluminum.
