REFLECTOR: Dual Throttle Quadrant Part 5-A

I have completed the dual throttle quadrants and it is working smoothly. 
I do not want to add up all the extra hours which when into it, but in 
the end I am very pleased with the smoothness of travel of the levers 
with everything connected to the engine. I included some pix. (The 
second email will have the closeup pix of the connections.)
