REFLECTOR: Velocity heater

Another thought - which I never got around to implementing, would be to 
block off some of the NACA scoop area feeding the engine.  There would be 
more heat available if the vernatherm opened and let some hot oil into the 
nose mounted cooler.

I have gotten pretty good heat from the nose cooler by having the flapper 
door completely blocking the oil cooler exit.  But it doesn't get that cold 
here in NC like up north and out west.  If it is below 30 degrees, I ain't 
flying.
