REFLECTOR: Dual Throttle controls

I used two control lines and removed the football shaped friction ball
in the copilot side to prevent accidental tightening by a nervous
passenger or the leg of a long legged copilot. Both cables are attached
to a single plate under the engine for actuation.

I had a second throttle control put in on the co-pilot side before
doing my IFR training in my SE-RG. It is linked to the pilot's control
and has a separate lock which I leave open (loose). There's a little
more resistance opening and closing the throttle but it works fine.

During preflight I usually pump both controls simultaneously before
priming to make sure that they're both moving equally and to loosen it
up.
