REFLECTOR: Dual Throttle controls

Jerry,

My vernier has a push button in the center of the knob to unlock it.  It's 
spring loaded and when you let go it locks.  It cannot be left in the 
unlocked position.  A friction lock can be left in the unlock position if 
that's what you were thinking of.
