REFLECTOR: Castoring washer on nosewheel

Brian,
I think Jim Agnew and some of his colleagues suggested using a nylon washer
in place of the fiber. I'm at home right now so can't double check for
accuracy, but a year or so ago I believe I installed a nylon washer. Since
I'm not flying yet, if others have made this modification, can you report
how the gear responds.
