REFLECTOR: Castoring washer on nosewheel

I seem to have lost the fiber washer for the nosewheel assembly. I
added the rest of the parts that came with the kit which was two steel
washers, and four belleville washers. I then set my rotating torque to
14 lbs.
Do I need to order a new fiber washer from Velocity?
Also, I seem to recall that people are greasing the washers? Is this
still recommended?

Current status:
Yesterday we cleaned up the airplane in preparation for our first taxi.
Up to this point, we've done weight and balance, and fuel loads. We
added 15 gallons to check for a leaking sight gauge, and that checked
out okay. This was the first time running the engine with all the
baffling and cowling attached. We didn't get very far. The left brake
didn't work, the prop pitch didn't work, and we found a couple of
scorched areas on the cowl from being too close to the exhaust.

I wasn't really expecting to get much taxiing in. It has been May since
the last time we ran the engine. It took a while to wake up, probably
from air in the fuel lines. The punch list is getting shorter.
