REFLECTOR: Oil cooler NACA duct

I agree with Keith that the bump doesn't matter.  I installed a bilge blower behind the cooler in the exit duct and it did not affect cooling at
cruise (blower off).  Also I have combined the exit air from a second cooler/oil filter just down stream of the bilge blower and I am getting
additional oil cooling.  So it appears there is plenty of 'room' in the exit duct.
